Call Center Agent

Duties and Responsibilities:

·   Giving Medical approvals on the diagnostic procedures andprescribedmedications.

·    Answering the questions of the insured over the phone.

·   Receiving complaints and transfer them to the related department.

·   Answering the questions of healthcare providers (Doctors, pharmacists ...).

Requirements

·   Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MD), or any related medical field (Nurse, Pharmacist…)

·   Fluent in Arabic and English.

·   Good user of Microsoft Office.

·   For male applicants: exempt from military service.

IT SUPPORT

 

Duties:

  • Work closely with the System Administrator
  • Provide first level IT user support and troubleshooting for internal and external remote users
  • Install and maintain computer hardware, software and network

  • Experience in general computer installation, maintenance and repair.
